djbaji Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a djbaji account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of djbaji or any associated company.

1.2 Identity Verification

djbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts subject to a verification request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. djbaji may also request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the djbaji Platform. Where djbaji identifies multiple accounts registered by or operated by the same individual — whether using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — djbaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonus claims, and withhold any balances pending investigation. The decision of djbaji in such matters is final.

1.4 Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. djbaji will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact djbaji support immediately at [email protected].

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

djbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit/withdrawal screen within your account. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). djbaji does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

2.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your djbaji wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. djbaji does not impose a transaction fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. djbaji reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider but djbaji targets same-day processing for verified accounts. djbaji reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. djbaji may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation of unusual account activity.

2.4 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. djbaji may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Reactivation is possible at any time by logging in and contacting support.

3.1 Placing Bets and Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on the djbaji Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming. djbaji will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of player error except in cases of a verifiable technical fault originating on the Platform side.

3.2 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games and slots on the djbaji Platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems certified by the game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios and use real physical equipment. The outcome of any game is determined solely by the game mechanics and is not influenced by djbaji.

3.3 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets in collusion with other players to guarantee a return regardless of outcome;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors in odds, game mechanics, or Platform functionality — commonly known as "arbing" or "bonus hunting" through systematic exploitation;
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information betting on sporting events;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using your own account.

3.4 Disconnection and Technical Faults

djbaji is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failure, or disruptions to your network connection during a live game or bet settlement. In the event of a verified technical fault on the Platform, djbaji will review affected bets and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the relevant bets and refunding the stake. The decision of djbaji in such matters is final.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers issued by djbaji are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. These conditions are stated in the individual promotion terms accompanying each offer. In the absence of specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

4.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The djbaji welcome bonus is available to new account holders who have not previously held a djbaji account, have completed identity verification, and have made their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once per person, household, device, or IP address. djbaji reserves the right to withdraw any welcome bonus awarded in error or following identification of prior account history.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

djbaji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in guaranteed returns, and withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum wagering threshold through low-risk strategies. Where bonus abuse is detected, djbaji reserves the right to void all affected bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

5.1 Player Controls

Account holders may request the following controls at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your djbaji wallet;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and request that it not be reopened. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the requested period.

5.2 Underage Gaming Prevention

The djbaji Platform is for adults aged 21 and above only. djbaji employs verification procedures to prevent underage access. Any account found to be operated by an individual below the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and all deposited funds returned to the original payment source after deduction of any withdrawals already processed.

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the djbaji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of djbaji or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from djbaji is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Use of Platform

You must not attempt to copy, scrape, index, reverse-engineer, or extract any part of the Platform's functionality, data feeds, odds, or game content for commercial or competitive purposes. Any systematic or automated access to the Platform without the express written permission of djbaji is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

7.1 No Warranty

The djbaji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. djbaji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be subject to periods of maintenance, downtime, or technical disruption, and djbaji does not guarantee continuous, error-free access.

7.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited to your djbaji account. djbaji accepts no liability for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm arising from your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your betting and gaming decisions. djbaji strongly encourages players to set and observe personal limits on the time and money they spend on the Platform.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, djbaji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Data Handling

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by djbaji in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. djbaji uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your personal and financial information.

8.2 Marketing Communications

By registering an account, you agree to receive transactional communications (account activity, verification, security alerts) from djbaji. Marketing communications, including promotional offers and bonus notifications, are optional and may be managed through your account preferences or by contacting [email protected]. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your eligibility to continue using the Platform.

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your djbaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after settlement of all pending bets. Accounts subject to an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements may have the outstanding bonus balance forfeited upon closure.

9.2 Termination by djbaji

djbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, provision of false or misleading information, or conduct that djbaji reasonably considers harmful to the Platform or other players. Upon termination for breach, djbaji reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.

10.1 Disputes Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, account balance, or any other Platform matter, you should contact djbaji support at [email protected] in the first instance. djbaji will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete and clear written complaint. All decisions made by djbaji following an investigation are final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

10.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
